I tried to explain that I didn't want my car's clear coat scratched with dirt from the drying process, the idiot didn't get it! No management experience at all, he should be washing car's instead of dealing with the customers!
I've never cared to write a negative review but I just spent 30 dollars for nothing. The car is NOT clean. They didn't vacuum well at all. There's crumbs and debris and the seats don't look like they've even been touched. They carelessly put the mats and two of them were backwards. There's still dust on the steering wheel.
I asked if they would vacuum the trunk and again there's still sand and debris. They do a careless job and I have low standards when it comes to a basic car wash but there was nothing about this experience that was remotely satisfactory. My usual place costs me 20 bucks and they put the mats back in the right place. I'm literally heading to go re-vacuum my car. Thanks guys.
I'd give it 0 stars if I could. We paid $30 for absolutely nothing. They didn't vacuum anything, didn't even open the trunk, the windows were streaky, and you could tell where they did and didn't wipe down the dashboard because the places that WERE wiped were gross and sticky. Definitely don't waste your time by coming here.
Paid for the hand wax and when my car came from the wash to the detail and drying, it was still dirty from the lousy hand wash, I complained to the guy in the red shirt about the car not being properly washed and instead of an apology, I got "You shouldn't complained until the car was done!"
I wouldn't give any stars to this place. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT RUBEN is the manager and rudest old man I have ever met. The workers are good my car was very clean but RUBENS service sucks!!!! Don't know how they promoted this man to manager!! Must be family owned.
As a full time worker and student I'm usually very limited on time. Making sure my car is clean at all times is very important for me. I love going to this car wash. Their customer service is beyond great, the workers are very respective and polite, it takes 5-7 minutes and their prices are very affordable. I love their vacuum area. FELIPE is amazing worker , after his magic job my car like new !!!Thanks to this place and thanks to manager David , my car is shining clean after last wash.
