And then the back of the car was not vacuumed Nor shined like the front which is what I paid so much for. If I wanted a basic car was I'd have paid for a basic one BUT I paid for an interior clean vacuum and shine and an exterior wash and wax.
The outside looks good and the front seats looked good too. The back seats and then the back trunk area not so great.
This car wash is great and they do spend time on washing the cars. HOWEVER....
I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. Excellent customer service from when I pulled up to when I left. I asked if they had a water fountain and they said no but let me buy you anything you'd like. My car looks and smells beautiful too. I'll definitely return!
I was excited as I never spend so much to detail my car and disappointed when I checked the back and saw they didnt even shine let alone vacuum the back.
This is my favorite car wash in The Valley. Decent service, and ... wait for it ... a fantastic taco stand on-site. Take a load off and have a taco while they groom your car. It's a nice experience.

The guys are really nice and trustworthy and they wait for their tip unlike other places where they help themselves to any and all monies that you have in any compartments and still have the audacity to have their hands out when you come to get your keys no thanks I'll stick to Hollywood Stars Carwash.
I paid for a full detailed service that cost me $90 and they tossed my shoes on my seats (not cool BC the bottom of the shoes are obviously dirty so why would you put it on light colored furniture that caused a shoe stain) that was never there before.
I'd go here again but I'd make sure to specifically remind them what to clean if I pay for such a expensive service.
It's the only place in town I go to get my car washed. I never have to worry about scratches and they are thorough with the details after it comes out of the machine.
