09/2016: Been going there for a while. Told them repeatedly about the spray jets that need to be fixed at the beginning of the wash. My car always has soap on it when I exit--the sunroof visor causes this. And for the most part the car is never really dry--I have spend quite a bit of time drying it manually. Also, I always get the deluxe package but the formula never prevents the streaks and spotting that it is supposed to prevent. This is my general experience.
Good car wash always crowded but super nice staff and don't forget to see Marilyn Monroe and the police officer when you go through the tunnel
Updated 4/2017: Mr. Helpful still trying to be helpful. Even offered to extend his helpfulness beyond the boundaries of the car wash--probably because of my rave review. I would just prefer the equipment would work better and my car be dry at the end of the car wash.
I go here when I don't need to vacuum my car, only because it does wash te car really well on the outside BUT the vacuums suck so bad they can't even pick up a little dust you have to stick on there and even then it doesn't work that's the downside about this car wash
I have a membership here and they went up on the price but the wash still sucks! my car comes out still dirty and with soap on it. And its always closed for repairs at least one day a week. The only reason i give 3 stars is because the employees are nice and they keep the place clean other wise i would give 1 star.
I use the monthly membership option. This allows a carwash when ever you need it for one monthly cost which is less than the per wash price. Their drying fans don't work that well. You do need to dry your car after the way or you get spots. Brushes are a little harsh on your car's finish. Be aware.
Today was an extraordinary experience though. Never is there a time when the employees not approach the car and impose their assistance. Today as most others I told the clerk I didn't need help--using the kiosk. He reached inwards (between me, the car and kiosk) anyways and retrieved the receipt from the previous customer. I had no issue with that and repeated to the clerk that I did not need his help. However, he reached inward again as I was waiting for my receipt. So of course I nudged his hand away. The clerk apparently became offended. The clerk was confrontational from this point, even when I proceeded to have the car washed and later when I parked to dry my car--manually. Unfortunately, he declined to be helpful when I offered to let him help me dry my car. He was obviously looking for an altercation but was all talk.
