This place used to be good, but the new owners I have really wrecked it, every time they work on my car now I get a substandard wash. After seven years of coming here I am finally switching because today they charge me a $20 fee for being 40 minutes late to pick up my car, the car wasn't even completed when I got there so I asked them how they could charge me this absorbency and one of the workers got very aggressive and snapped a towel in my face
And if You tell this to the service personnel, they only give insufficient answers.
