Great job detailing, though terrible at taking cars in the order they come. I literally was bypassed by 12 cars in am. Rather than accommodating they were combative, frankly don't need that on my weekends. Tried it again today - bypassed by 5 before they took my car. Sigh. Nice job, but make sure you have a ton of time to waste. Friendly service 1/10
An absolute waste of money. I played 15 dollars plus tip for a job that I could have done much better. They barely did anything an my car looked just slightly less dirty then before. For that amount of money I am expecting at least a good vacuum: there still was just everywhere, splashes of coffee, dog hair. Seriously, a total scam. How can you even call yourself "car wash" if you don't wash cars? I think they should re title their shop "A LITTLE LESS GROSS CAR FOR PEOPLE WITH MONEY".

I hadn't been in months to this car wash due to the staff being quite unfriendly and pretentious, especially the cashier and the gentlemen who receive the cars. However, today I felt extremely uncomfortable given that two of their employees were fighting yelling and cursing at each other (well it was mostly one of them who was doing both the yelling and the cursing the other guy did not engage as much). But still nobody did anything about it and let everybody just watch and listen to the fight. I simply couldn't wait to get out of there as fast as possible. Plus they do a mediocre job with the wash!!
I go there weekly. Go before 10am, for a significant discount. Quality is excellent. Cleaning the car is a three stage process. First, the interior and trunk (boot) are vacuumed. Next, the exterior is sprayed with water, hand rubbed with soft, soapy gloves, rinsed, sprayed with liquid wax and blown dry. Finally, the car is driven to the finishing area where its given a rubdown, inside and out. The windows are carefully detailed. There are two wating areas, inside, which is air conditioned, and on the patio. Inside, you can view the cleaning process through large windows. Outside, you sit on comfortable chairs to watch the finishing. Snacks, gadgets and greeting cards are available. When the detailer is finished he waves a cloth. Tips are appricated. Wheelchair accessible including bathrooms.
